Acclaim: to Praise Enthusiastically and Publicly

At Acclaim Music Festival, we believe that your students deserve public recognition for the dedication and hard work it takes to become a musician.  We want to partner with you to celebrate your group’s achievements and help advocate for your program- all while helping build a team atmosphere among your ensemble! 

We are partnering with Malibu Jacks to bring this fun festival experience for your ensemble.  Each group will take part in a performance and spend the day celebrating together with unlimited attractions.

2025-2026 Festival Dates

Wednesday November 12th:  Lexington
Tuesday March 24th:  Ashland
Wednesday March 25th: Lexington
Wednesday April 29th: Lexington
Thursday April 30:  Lexington

Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.  

Acclaim Music Festival was an outstanding event for our students. The judges comments and clinic were very helpful, the event was well planned and thought out and having it at Malibu Jack's made it that much more fun! We will definitely be coming back.

My small but mighty choir really enjoyed the low-stress Acclaim Music Festival at Malibu Jack's in Lexington this year (April 2023). This was the first year of this event here, and the first festival my choir had participated in since COVID. The whole experience ran smoothly with high quality adjudicators/clinicians, and easy to follow directions. My students, who are in grades 3-7, really enjoyed the day and are looking forward to doing it again next year!

What you Get at Acclaim...

Comments
& Rating

Each group will receive comments from highly qualified judges. Our judges focus on celebrating the amazing things you are doing with your ensembles along with suggestions for growth. Directors can also elect to receive a rating and a short clinic from one of our judges.

High Quality Trophy

Each performing group will receive a quality trophy to take back to their campus immediately following the event. Additional trophies will be awarded at the conclusion of the festival dates for most outstanding ensemble in each class.

Professional Photography

Ensemble photos will be taken during warm-up and as a group after the performance. Each group will be given digital copies of professionally captured photos from the event that you can share with your group.

Team Building

Groups that play together-stay together! We believe that friendships and fun are essential to building and maintaining a vibrant group dynamic. Students can enjoy UNLIMITED attractions, arcade games, and a pizza lunch at venue!

Newsletter

Following the festival, each group will receive a newsletter outlining the accomplishments of your ensemble. This newsletter can be used to promote your program and can be distributed to principals, students, and families!

Financial Aid

We want every student in your group to be included in this trip regardless of cost. If you register early, we will give you one extra admission for every 10 students that pay. You may use these for need-based students or chaperones.
