If you register early,
for every 10 students that pay the participant fee, we will give you one extra admission that you can use for need-based students or chaperones.
Chaperones may attend the festival for free if they are not eating lunch with the ensemble or participating in games. However, keep in mind that chaperones may need to ride go-karts, golf, or participate in laser tag with younger students especially. A chaperone ticket may be added for only $20 which will include games and a pizza lunch. Chaperones may purchase food, drinks, or attractions separately at the venue. However, costs will be higher when purchasing at the event.
The non-refundable $150 ensemble registration fee is due within 30 days after receiving the ensemble registration invoice. This will guarantee a festival date and time. This is not a deposit and is not applied towards the participation fees. This is a non-refundable fee but may be forwarded to the following year, if needed. The festival schedule will be released at least 30 days before the festival date in order to give time to make bus arrangements.
Each registering ensemble must have 10 or more participants. Participant and chaperone counts are due 60 days before the festival date. Your students may pay the participant fee online or you will be emailed a full invoice that is due 30 days prior to the festival date. After the 60 day deadline, your participant counts cannot be lowered for any reason and refunds cannot be issued. However, you may add additional participants at the festival registration table with accompanying payment.
